We are excited to announce our call for abstracts and invite you to submit your research paper or poster for presentation at the workshop. If you have novel ideas or work-in-progress related to bibliometrics and research policy that you would like to share with a Nordic audience and beyond, we encourage you to submit a 250-word abstract. When evaluating abstracts, we will assess the topical relevance, innovative qualities, and the structure and readability of the abstract. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by external subject experts.

Papers will be presented orally during the workshop, with each presentation lasting approximately 20 minutes. Poster presentations will be showcased in a poster booster session, followed by a free-form discussion, and the posters will be on display in the lobby of the workshop site. Please indicate in your submission whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation, however, due to limited time slots, we may suggest that paper submissions be given as posters.
The abstract should be submitted within the timeline of April 3 – May 19, 2023. We strongly encourage you to adhere to the timeline to ensure the timely and efficient processing of submissions. Notifications regarding the acceptance of submitted abstracts will be conveyed on June 21, 2023. If an abstract is accepted, the authors (at least one) must register for the event and attend the workshop in person in Gothenburg, Sweden.
